- Destination
Are you going on a domestic flight to the Caribbean, Mexico, or someplace that is farther away? If the air time is under 5 hours, the difference between Economy and First Class is nearly nonexistent. The cost of your honeymoon flight may not be all that important to you. However, an extra $500 to $1500 can make all the difference to your honeymoon spending on treats and experiences. Think about if it is really worth it to upgrade, or if you would prefer to “go all out” with the services and other extras that you purchase while you are on your honeymoon trip. Massages, in-suite chef service, and shopping excursions are only a few of the things that you can enjoy with this money. Spend it on something that you and your spouse will love to do, rather than bumping up your tickets to First Class – unless that is really important for you as a couple.
