Villa del Mar was Villa Group’s first purpose built property, marking the beginning of the Villa Group resorts and timeshare chain.

Built alongside Villa del Mar, Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta offers Villa del Mar owners other facilities such as restaurants, more outdoor pools, direct beach access, a spa, tennis courts and more.

Many owners of Villa del Mar timeshares have enjoyed vacation ownership with the Villagroup for almost 30 years and continue to do so. Other members still own a fixed week timeshare and can make exchanges by depositing full weeks with Universal Vacation Club International (UVCI) and Interval International.
